This delay is primarily due to juggling full-time work commitments and ensuring that every aspect of this association is properly planned to provide you with the best end product possible.   

We are building a strong foundation that will support our mission of foster professional growth, collaboration, and excellence within the field of crisis negotiation. Your enthusiasm and support have been invaluable to us, and we are aware of the importance of timely progress. 

Please rest assured that significant efforts are being made behind the scenes to address all the necessary administrative, legal, and logistical components required to officially launch the OCNA. In the coming weeks, we will provide more concrete updates regarding our timeline and the steps we are taking to move forward. 

We are confident that the wait will be worthwhile and that the association will serve as a pivotal resource for all its members.
